CA-MITRA offers a range of services, such as CRM, Employee, Modular Work, Invoice and Time tracker. We are also developing new features, such as time sheet, HR-Leave Management, and finance calendar. Our goal is to leverage Data Analytics and AI to provide insights for better management decisions.

After taking a video or an in-person demo, you can ask our sales team to provide you with a 14-Day Free Demo. This Demo account will have all the standard features except for billing, invoicing and receipts features. Such Demo accounts will be deleted on 15th Calendar day.

We currently offer on-premise installation for full functionality. Our team will assist you with everything. You get your own domain, CA-MITRA setup, and initial data upload. Your data is completely yours and secure. We cannot access your data after the installation and setup. You need to grant us access as per your policy for any debugging or updates or support activities.

A simple way to understand the difference between on premise and SAAS is to compare them to buying or renting something. When you buy a house or a car, you own it and you are responsible for its maintenance and security. That is like on premise, where you purchase the software and install it on your own servers. When you rent a house or a taxi, you pay a fee to use it for a period and you do not have to worry about its upkeep or safety. That is like SAAS, where you access the software online and the provider takes care of everything for you.

We value your client's privacy and data as much as you do. As a chartered accountant firm, you have a duty to keep your client's information confidential. That is why we offer an on-premise solution that puts you in control. We only install, configure and leave. We only access your system when you request it and authorize it.

Our CA-MITRA service requires a one-time setup fee that covers the first year of annual maintenance. We will help you create your own domain name (for example, www.yourcompany.com), configure the CA-MITRA system, and upload the necessary data to make it functional.

Yes, you may use it provided it is compatible with our application. We will help you check the compatibility analysis to provide necessary suggestion.

You will have to pay them separately to the domain provider. We will guide you through the steps and requirements for acquiring your domain.

With AMC, you can access free support for existing features or applicable upgrades as soon as they are available. You can also benefit from reliable assistance.

If you do not have AMC, we can still help you. But our services will cost more. You will not get any updates automatically and you will need to buy them separately.

Some of the features will be free only if you take AMC. Some features like AI, data analytics will be chargeable

Yes, of course, if you take AMC for 3 years, you will get a 15% discount.

We appreciate your feedback on our product and we will use it to improve our service. However, we cannot issue a refund for the on-premises software as per our policy. You can reach out to us for assistance with uninstalling and/or deleting any files related to CA-MITRA. If you were using domain and On-premises server only for CA-MITRA, and you do not need them anymore, please make sure that you also cancel any subscriptions associated with the domain and On-premises server to avoid any extra charges.
